If you talk about AI so I suppose you have just modified the .CMD file (command). Anyway It has been a long time I didn't update my character but you can release your AI.
As this is your code, you will only release this CMD file.
I think you needn't to upload my character entirely on your site, just the CMD file, right ?
Note for future: I will concentrate only on accurate points as I start to play more and more SF3 thanks to CPS3-Emulator (some adjustments to do)
