★「ニコニコ動画」でMADも削除 ドワンゴが権利者に申し入れ
・ドワンゴは7月2日、子会社ニワンゴが運営する「ニコニコ動画」上に投稿された動画の うち、映像関連の業界3団体加盟企業の著作権を侵害するコンテンツを削除すると発表した。
ユーザーが別のコンテンツを加えて編集したいわゆる「MAD動画」も削除するとしている。
3団体は、アニメ各社が加盟する日本動画協会と、映像制作会社や映像ソフトメーカーが 加盟する日本映像ソフト協会、映画各社が加盟する日本映画製作者連盟。
ドワンゴは3団体からの要請を受けて著作権侵害対策について協議し、同社が （1）これまでに投稿された、3団体会員企業の著作権を侵害した動画を削除する、（2）新規に投稿される動画も監視し、著作権侵害があれば速やかに削除する ――ことを提案。同意・確認した上で3団体に申し入れ書を提出し、受領された。
